our golf team as they came in 2nd place at the District Tournament
in Hampton yesterday. The team consisted of Pat Gallagher,
Ethan Goldsmith, Cody Perkins, Isaac Porter, Derick Steven, Logan

race for QMS x-country runners at the JDI Reversing Fall meet.
Everybody did great. For Grade 6 boys, Will Drummond - 1st place,
Issac Beliveau - 4th place, Rilley Lockhart - 6th place. Grade 7
girls: Lauren Stack 2nd place, Emma Jensen 6th place and Alex Laskey
14th place. Grade 8 girls: Abby MacDonald 3rd place, Martina
Carvell - 5th place, Jen McTague - 9th place, Lisa Dewar - 11th
place and Baily Commack - 14th place. Grade 8 boys: Tylor Connelly
- 3rd place, Ben Richard - 6th place, Nick Maloney 11th place and
Peter Davis 16th place. Grade 8 girls and boys won for team place.
Congratulations to
the Girls Varsity Soccer team who won the annual Harry Miller Honey
Bowl tournament. They beat Harry Miller 1-0 in the final game.
Also, they won their game against RNS 9-0. Scoring for QMS: Sadie
Dunnett, Monica Forestell, Julija Rans, Martina Carvell, Maranda
Losier, Amelia Goodwin, Abby McDonald and Jen McTague.

Two students from QMS were recognized as “Teens Who
Care Awards” at the Delta Brunswick on Thursday evening Kelsie
Blacquier from Mr. Boucher’s class and Amber Benson from Ms
Cochrane’s class. It is a wonderful award for
these two girls to receive. Thank you for caring
girls. Both girls received a total of $300 in cash
and certificates.

McCracken who won the Provincial French Oratorical!
3 Cheers for Erin Cormier who
placed 1st with her poster for the UCT Safety Poster Contest. Sarah
Beaman came in 2nd. Congratulations!

volleyball team in the semi-final performance at the “Blue and
Gold” tournament in Moncton.
The boys’ lost a close match to Albert Street
Middle School
and their consolation match.

girls’ volleyball team placed 2nd in their division in
the Moncton
volleyball tournament. Way to go girls!
